Don't forget to include:
1) Year
2) VIN Last 6
3) Stock options from factory (if known)
4a) Name (as much or as little as you're comfortable with)
4b) State/Country
4c) Email address, if you want it published
5) Anything you want to say, to include planned or completed modifications, funny story, whatever.
6) Attach pictures if you like - I have lots of bandwidth and server space! Note: if your picture includes your license plate, I'll blank it out before I post it.
